Our services

Support for every stage of the journey.

Every package begins with a free assessment by a senior member of our team, a written care plan agreed with you, and a named point of contact in our Rochdale office.

Home (domiciliary) care

From a 30-minute morning visit to several calls a day, our carers support with personal care, medication prompts and administration, continence care, meal preparation, shopping and companionship. Visit times are agreed with you and monitored electronically, so missed or late calls are flagged to our office in real time.

  • Personal care delivered with dignity and patience
  • Medication support recorded on MAR charts, audited monthly
  • Consistent, small carer teams — no parade of strangers
  • Family updates through your named coordinator

Supported living

We support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs to live in their own homes and communities. Support is outcome-focused — cooking, budgeting, travel training, employment, friendships — and planned with the person, their family and commissioners around what a good life looks like to them.

  • Positive behaviour support approaches, never restrictive by default
  • Staff matched to interests and communication styles
  • Mental Capacity Act–compliant decision making throughout

Live-in & complex care

For people who need round-the-clock support, a live-in carer offers safety and companionship without leaving home. Our complex care service supports tracheostomy and ventilator care, PEG feeding, catheter and stoma management, epilepsy support and end-of-life care — delivered by carers with condition-specific training, competency-assessed by clinicians.

  • Clinical tasks signed off by registered nurses
  • End-of-life care aligned to the person's ReSPECT wishes
  • Fully managed carer breaks and continuity cover
